- “On a saturday morning I sent an email to Under Pressure Plumbing from their website, regarding a leaking garden tap. Anthea phoned me the same morning, and she was very friendly and professional. She enquired if it was an emergency on which I responded no, but I needed the tap fixed as soon as possible as I was afraid of it loosening to such a point that I couldn't close it again. She enquired if it would be okay if someone could come and have a look on Tuesday as the team were normally busy with training on Monday.
Tuesday morning came along and the technician came around, found the tap had to be repalced and that very afternoon it was replaced.
