| Please note that Callout & Labour Rates do not include the cost of material. This can only be determined once we have assessed the job. UPP's workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months and blockages for 24-HOURS. | |||
| Parts used by Under Pressure Plumbing are under guarantee by the Manufacturer/Supplier. Under Pressure Plumbing cannot be held liable for any damages caused due to faulty manufacturing of the parts. We will however claim for a replacement of the faulty part and re-install it. | |||
General Terms and Conditions :
- We charge an initial callout fee of R285.00 (including VAT) on all jobs assessed.
- Should the amount of the accepted quotation exceed R1,500.00 (excluding VAT), the initial call out fee will fall away.
- A signed acceptance of UPP's terms and conditions for every quotation done must be received before a plumber will be despatched.
- A deposit of 50% is required on all quotations. Once the deposit reflects in Under Pressure Plumbing's bank account, a date will be set to work.
- The balance becomes payable upon practical completion of the job.
- If any variations to the original quote is required / accepted, a 50% deposit will be required before the additional work commences.
- Payment must be received within 7 days of Under Pressure Plumbing sending the invoice.
