Duncan and Mandy Keil We are a husband and wife team with Duncan in charge of the operating of plumbing jobs and me in charge of running the office. We are pictured here together with our latest little Bump. We already have a little GORGEOUS baby girl, Rebekah Hannah Keil. Hopefully Rebekah and Bump will someday take over the running of UPP. |

Joyce Mbatha Joyce is the Mother of UPP and ensures that we are all kept hydrated, fed and looked after. She is a real gem with the most gorgeous smile and loving and nurturing personality. Joyce also ensures that our desks don’t pile up with too much gunk and keeps everything spotlessly clean. |

Leon Grobbelaar and Percy Mthombeni Leon joined UPP in 2009 to mainly manage the Stock Department. He has since taken over all internal Operations at UPP. Leon now manages the Stock Department, does all maintenance quotations, assists with tender and more complex maintenance assessments, arranges the construction teams and manages all construction claims. Percy’s dad, Joseph initially worked for UPP as a driver. Through his Dad, Percy joined UPP to assist as a packer in the Stock room. Today Percy is invaluable to UPP as our Stock Controller. He has forged relationships with all our suppliers and negotiates the best prices with them. He reports directly to Leon and together they ensure that all the plumbing teams are stocked with the material required to get the job done. |

Anthea Dantu My sister Anthea joined UPP in 2008 to assist with maintenance calls. She now manages all aspects of General Maintenance Plumbing from taking the initial call, arranging assessments and jobs, despatching the plumbers and final invoicing of the job. Anthea has formed great relationships with our customers through keeping them informed throughout the entire process and ensuring that the job is done to the customer’s satisfaction. |

Gina Keil Our sister-in-law, Gina is UPP’s Sales and Marketing Manager. She has a real gift when it comes to helping our customers have their plumbing requirements understood and met. More recently, UPP branched out into assisting customers reduce their electricity accounts through Heat Pump Water Heater installations. Gina has been instrumental in gathering all the pertinent information on this energy saving option as well as driving all the necessary training required. If you would like to find out more about how UPP can help reduce your electricity account or have any sort of plumbing problem, Gina is the person to contact. |
| The Plumbing Teams Our plumbers are extremely valuable to us. Without them, we would not be able to achieve anything in this business. All our teams are lead by qualified, experienced plumbers and assisted by apprentice plumbers. |

John Sekhosana and team John (far right) has worked with Duncan almost from the start of the business when all jobs were done by only the two of them. John has grown with the company and today is one of our best Construction Plumbers. We sleep well at night knowing that if John is in charge of a site, the chances of us receiving a snag list are practically zero. Chris Cloete and team Chris (far right) is the team leader for our second construction team. Chris, Dumusani (Left) and Alpheus (Short guy in the front), have successfully completed the upgrading of the BA lounge at OR Tambo International, National Brands as well as being a back up team for residential maintenance plumbing. |

Stephen Mokhine and Dumusani Njoko Stephen (left) and Dumusani (right) have been with UPP for almost 10 years and working as a team for almost 5 years. The duo is popular with our customers because of their professional, helpful and friendly approach. Some of UPP’s customers will delay sorting out their plumbing problems until Stephen and Dumi are available to do their job. |

Rocks Makamu and Daniel Chaube Rocks (right) is the Grandpa of the business. He has years and years of experience in the plumbing industry and is another favourite with many customers. Daniel recently joined UPP and together with Rocks have a vast knowledge and are also our main Heat Pump Water Heater installers. We call them ‘Our go Green Team’. |

Paul Du Preez and Amos Zulu Paul and Amos are the third dynamic duo that forms part of our Maintenance Plumbing Team. Paul and Amos operate as two peas in a pod. They know what it takes to get the job done successfully, understand our customers’ needs and are great communicators with our office based team. We are very proud to have every single member mentioned above as part our Family Business. |
