We are delighted to announce the birth of our second precious girl Sara-Lee born on the 20/11/2011 at 16:06pm at a whopping 4kg. Probably due to all the Macdonald cravings and not to mention Woolworths pre-made meals that mom was obviously forced to endure during the pregnancy. Should any of these two companies wish to have a Mascot, you can contact our Marketing Department. We are happy to report that this truly is a very blessed time.  Knowing how much our kids mean to us brings me to my next question. (See below).

The new Environmental Act passed recently states that any new residential developments going forward must have at least 50% of their water heating capacity provided by some sort of energy saving solution i.e.: solar, heat pumps” (National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act 103 of 1977). This is to help reduce our high electricity costs as well as reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases and the impact this has on our environment. As a father of two baby girls, my thoughts are focused on my kids and what kind of a world I am leaving them to inherit.
